Apple recently purchased a company called LaLa that lets you listen to any of their 8 million songs for free once. Or you can buy unlimited streaming rights for $0.10 per song, or you can buy the song for $0.79. Apple purchased the company for either $17 million or $80 million but most are leaning towards the $17 million side. Little is known what Apple plans to do with the company but some are speculating that they just wanted the rockstar engineers.

  Google Chroma beta was released today. It is supposed to be super fast, with rock solid performance coming through the next couple of releases.
